Great hotel, rooms with air conditioning and all facilities. All the staff are fantastic from the room maids, reception, chef & waiting staff. Nothing is too difficult for them and they carry out their duties efficiently and in a very friendly manner.
Although we did room only we often had breakfast, lunch or dinner there - prices are very competitive and the quality of the food is fantastic as is the house wine.

Excellent hotel, the staff is awesome and their spaces are as they appear. It has a very good breakfast for all tastes. It also has a decent gym for those who want to get their workout in on the trip.

The apartment has a nice size and is clean (daily cleaning). Attentive staff who answer various questions. The swimming pool is a good size (pool towels are available).
Supermarket, town center and beach nearby.
Hearty, good and somewhat varied breakfast.
Relatively well located 15 min from Rethminon, 1 hour from Chania, 1 hour 10 minutes from Heraklion.

Excellent family apartments, everything you need is in the room. Room with sea view, huge balcony. The bed is comfortable, the mattress is good and firm, the pillows are also normal. Beach towels are provided. They change the linen every three days, which was nice. Also thanks for the late check-out for free. Vasilisa and the whole family, thank you for the welcome.

The welcome was great. The receptionist is great and so is the staff. Very nice host and good breakfast. Close to the centre.

Nice hotel with wonderful management. Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, high-quality cleaning. It is located not far from the center of Platanis. Literally a 5-minute walk away there are many shops and taverns, bus #20 to Rethymno (you need to buy a ticket in advance at the kiosk opposite). The beach is a 12-minute walk away. It is better to have swimming shoes, as there are stones at the entrance. Overall, the beach is not bad. The entrance is not shallow - it's deep right away. The pool looked good.

I liked the location, close to the beach, restaurants, Lidl. Apart from that, I liked the breakfast, the swimming pool, the nice staff, and the lovely cleaning ladies who greeted us with their warm welcome every morning.Kalimera" (Good morning).

he hotel is close to the sea, about 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop to Rethymno nearby.
There is also a Lidl supermarket nearby.
There are many cool restaurants on the parallel street where you can have a delicious dinner and have a good time in the evening.
