It is just 400 meters from one of the best sandy beaches of the island. Supermarkets, shops and taverns can be found within a short walking distance.

The renovation

Build in the 90s, the hotel is undergoing heavy restoration, renovation and rebuilding starting in winter 2016 for a period of 5 years. Over this period, we are bringing to you new and exiting features such as refurbished rooms (for 2016 and March 2017), a brand new state of the art glass swimming pool (April 2017), a new restaurant (April 2017), a new pool bar (April 2017), new gardens (April 2018), upgraded breakfast (April 2018), a Fitness (April 2019), and Refurbished bathrooms (from April 2024 to April 2025), replacement of all windows and doors (from April 2024 to April 2025). All this combined with a lot of details to assure your wellbeing like amenities in the rooms. Free pool towels.

Great hotel, rooms with air conditioning and all facilities. All the staff are fantastic from the room maids, reception, chef & waiting staff. Nothing is too difficult for them and they carry out their duties efficiently and in a very friendly manner.Although we did room only we often had breakfast, lunch or dinner there - prices are very competitive and the quality of the food is fantastic as is the house wine.

Nice hotel with wonderful management. Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, high-quality cleaning. It is located not far from the center of Platanis. Literally a 5-minute walk away there are many shops and taverns, bus #20 to Rethymno (you need to buy a ticket in advance at the kiosk opposite). The beach is a 12-minute walk away. It is better to have swimming shoes, as there are stones at the entrance. Overall, the beach is not bad. The entrance is not shallow - it's deep right away. The pool looked good.

he hotel is close to the sea, about 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop to Rethymno nearby.There is also a Lidl supermarket nearby.There are many cool restaurants on the parallel street where you can have a delicious dinner and have a good time in the evening.
